Arrive in Apia, Samoa, the gateway to Tokelau. You’ll be met and transferred to your hotel for the night. In the evening, meet your guide and fellow travelers for a trip briefing.

Board the MV Mataliki, the government-operated ferry to Tokelau. The journey takes approximately 24–30 hours, depending on sea conditions. Enjoy meals on board, relax on deck, and prepare for life in one of the most isolated places on Earth.

Arrive at Nukunonu, Tokelau’s largest atoll. You’ll be warmly welcomed by your host family or guesthouse. Settle in and get introduced to the local way of life—no cars, no crowds, just friendly faces and endless lagoon views.
