Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Rarotonga – Island Welcome

Arrive at Rarotonga International Airport, where you’ll be greeted with a fresh flower lei and a warm “Kia Orana”welcome. Transfer to your beachside resort and settle in. Spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the local markets in Avarua. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Island Night dinner and cultural show featuring drums, dance, and fire performances.

Day 2Rarotonga Circle Island Tour

Today, take a guided circle island tour around Rarotonga. Learn about its history, geology, and local legends while stopping at scenic viewpoints, churches, and plantations. Visit the Maungaroa Cultural Village or Te Vara Nui for a cultural demonstration.

Day 3Lagoon Cruise & Snorkeling Adventure

Join a glass-bottom boat lagoon cruise on the Muri Lagoon. Snorkel among vibrant coral and tropical fish, feed giant trevallies, and enjoy a barbecue lunch on a motu (small island). Return to your resort in the afternoon to relax on the beach.

Day 4Fly to Aitutaki – Paradise Found

Day 5Aitutaki Lagoon Cruise

Today is the highlight of your trip: a full-day cruise on the Aitutaki Lagoon. Stop at several uninhabited motus including One Foot Island, snorkel in crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a beachside buffet lunch. Keep your passport handy—you can get it stamped at One Foot Island’s tiny post office!

Day 6Leisure in Aitutaki

Spend your final full day in Aitutaki at your leisure. Go paddleboarding, take a short nature walk, get a massage at a local spa, or simply enjoy the stunning scenery. Optional: join a fishing charter or scenic flight over the lagoon.

Day 7Return to Rarotonga & Departure
