Clarke's Court Rum Distillery is the largest distillery on the island and it has been in operational since 1937. Visitors are offered the tasting from the extensive variety of products. Continue the rum tasting tour to Westerhall Estate located in the parish of St. David’s which offers the six main brands of local rum and provides tours and tastings with homage to its historical roots as Baccaye Estate. Lunch stop will be at Kelly’s Hot spot in Gouvaye, St John’s the town that never sleeps. After your lunch we drive to Jouvay chocolate, this enterprise is a cooperative and joint venture by the local cocoa farmers. Proceed to Belmont Estate Greneda, home to one of the best examples of agro-tourism in Greneda. Belmont estate offers visitors a wealth of options starting from an organic cocoa production tour, fine local cuisine, and goat dairy farm, arts and crafts co- operative, gardens and much more. Lastly stop at River Antoine Estate Rum Distillery, the oldest functioning water powered distillery in the Caribbean. Its charm lies in the fact that much hasn’t changed in its production which can brag of its 138 to 150% proof rum.
